Wondering when is the right time to exercise? This article offers tips on the ideal times for exercise in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Learn how to incorporate exercise into your daily routine to stay fit and healthy.

Dhaka: In today’s world, we are much more conscious about our health, fitness, and maintaining a good physique. Everyone knows that regular exercise is essential for staying healthy. However, due to our busy lives, it is often difficult to find even an hour to work out.

In the mornings, many people don’t have time to exercise before heading to the office. By the time they return in the evening, it’s already late, and after getting home, there’s a pile of tasks waiting. But we know that to stay healthy, we need to make time for it. So, how can we fit it in?

Morning:  
Many people start with light exercises as soon as they wake up in bed. However, it’s better to avoid heavy exercises at this time, as the body may not have enough energy to handle them. If you're short on time, you can go for light jogging or a morning walk about half an hour after waking up. But never exercise on an empty stomach. It’s best to eat breakfast after waking up, and then work out a couple of hours later.

Afternoon:  
The afternoon, especially the late afternoon, is the most suitable time for exercise. For those planning heavy workouts, it’s better to choose any time between 6 to 12 hours after waking up. Also, after lunch, avoid sitting still and take a light walk.

Evening:  
On your way back home, try to walk a bit. When walking, try to cover one kilometer in 10 minutes. The evening is also a good time for exercise, but make sure to relax before you start so you don’t feel fatigued during your workout. Evening is perfect for yoga exercises. You can also use the treadmill or go cycling.

Exercise according to your physical capacity and age. If you have back pain or difficulty breathing, some exercises may not be suitable. Before starting any exercise, seek advice from an expert and follow the proper diet and lifestyle guidelines.

For heavy workouts, make sure to warm up thoroughly. Exercise regularly and stay healthy.
