Hezbollah Calls on Muslim Nations to Stand Against Trump's Gaza Policy

Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem condemns Trump's Gaza displacement plan and urges Muslim nations to unite against it. He warns of the dangers to the region and expresses Hezbollah's readiness to oppose the plan.

Dhaka: Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem has condemned US President Donald Trump's plan to forcibly displace Palestinians from Gaza. He called on Arab and Muslim nations to unite in opposition to Trump's harsh policy.
In a televised speech on Sunday, Qassem said that despite Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s brutal 15-month-long military campaign in Gaza, the United States has failed to achieve its objectives. He described Trump's new position as a form of "political genocide."
Hezbollah’s leader stated, "Trump is not only trying to control Palestine, but the entire world. Everything that Israel does is supported by the United States."
Qassem also warned that the American project poses a danger to all nations in the region and urged Arab and Muslim countries to stand against the forced displacement of Palestinians. He added that Lebanon's resistance movement, Hezbollah, is ready to help prevent the displacement plan for Gaza.
Earlier this month, following his re-election as US President, Trump clarified his position on Gaza. He announced that the United States would seize Gaza and transfer its population of over two million people to neighboring countries. Despite objections from countries like Egypt and Jordan, which oppose any forced displacement of Palestinians, Trump has suggested that they should accept displaced Palestinians from Gaza.
Meanwhile, international law experts have stated that Trump’s Gaza displacement plan is a clear violation of international law. They argue that his proposal to expel Palestinians and place Gaza under US control continues the displacement policies of 1948 and constitutes a war crime under the Geneva Convention and Rome Statute.
